Rehan Huda brings over two decades of leadership in investment banking, entrepreneurship, and corporate finance. With a proven track record in structuring and funding innovative ventures, he has played a pivotal role in advancing companies at the forefront of biotechnology and information technology.

Mr. Huda’s distinguished career includes senior positions within the Canadian federal government, notably as Senior Economist at the Department of Finance and Senior Analyst with the Departments of Natural Resources and Industry. His outstanding contributions earned him the Public Service Award of Excellence for his financial and economic work in the telecommunications sector.

Currently serving as CEO of a pioneering technology incubation company, Mr. Huda leads efforts in developing human biological digital twins through the integration of multi-omics, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing. He has successfully structured numerous public offerings in both Canada and the U.S., acting as an investment banking advisor, founder, and board member.
